The competition is open to the widest variety of online initiatives in 28 categories undertaken in the last year and are separated into: 

General Categories -  for web projects in 17 industry categories, applied technology & rich media applications

BIMA Categories - for online marketing, mobile, video and search campaigns as well as social media and other emerging technology programs

There are two different entry forms: the General Entry Form and the BIMA Entry Form. Please be sure to use the correct form for your category.

There are also 5 "Best of" Awards. You cannot specifically compete for a "Best of" Award and each entry is automatically a candidate for these top honors. During the judging process, judges can nominate entrants in the General or BIMA Categories for one or all of the "Best of" awards.

An entry does not have to be a category winner or be named a finalist in order to qualify for a "Best of" award. A special group of judges votes on and ultimately decides the winners for the "Best of" awards.
